What data we collect

Kora collects personal data only through the demo request form. This includes: full name, organisation, job title, email address, product interest, and an optional description of your use case.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. Visitor identification is based on a hashed value derived from your request, and this data is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Only aggregated, anonymised statistics are retained — we cannot use this data to identify you individually. Vercel processes this data as our data processor under a Data Processing Addendum.

How it is stored

Submission data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union. Data does not leave EU jurisdiction and is not transferred to US-based services.

How it is used

Submission data is used by the Kora team at Zinc Network to respond to your demo request and arrange a demonstration. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes beyond responding to your request.

Transactional email

Automated confirmation and notification emails are sent using Resend, an email service provider operating in the EU region. Email content is transactional only.
