COM-B diagnosis across three markets in three weeks
Behaviour Change · FCDO-funded programme
The challenge
A bilateral donor required a rapid behavioural diagnosis and campaign strategy for a health behaviour change programme operating across three country contexts. Existing approaches were slow and inconsistent across markets.
How Kora was used
Stages 1–2 (Understand and Design) were used to conduct audience segmentation, COM-B analysis, and develop a culturally adapted intervention strategy within three weeks.
Outcome
Strategy delivered in 30% of the typical timeline. Behavioural indicators defined upfront and built into the evaluation framework.
